Public Opinion Survey on Current Political Situation (PTI Government Vs. PDM)
  • Majority of Pakistanis (53%) believed that the PTI govt trying to target its opponents. While 31% said that the government is sincere to wipe out corruption and remaining 16% said they don’t know or have no response.
  • Overall, 49% respondent opined that PDM is fighting for civil supremacy, whereas 32% negate that statement and said Opposition is just trying to hide its corruptions & another 19% did not answer this question.
  • Majority 45% of the respondents said that they support opposition demand for ousting this government, while 31% said that they support Present Govt. to complete its term but remaining 24% said don’t know or have no response.
  • The ballot test shows PML-N and PTI are at neck-to-neck in their popularity with 26% and 25% respectively. Whereas, PPP standing at 9%. The biggest finding of this poll is that in case of Mid-Term elections no political party will be able form the government single handedly. But the sign of concern is dismay on the electoral system and politicians as 12% saying they will not cast vote at all.
  • A close look at the numbers tells us that although PTI has lost its popularity for 7% percentage points, but PML-N has gained only 2% since the elections of 2018. Whereas PPP rating is steady going down within margin of error (2.2%).
