IPOR Successfully completed Survey on Overcoming Constraints to Female Labor Force Entry!
Institute for Public Opinion Research (IPOR) in collaboration with Lahore School of Economics (LSE) successfully implement a project “Overcoming Constraints to Female Labour Force Entry” in 36 Women Colleges of Lahore. IPOR completed both phases of the survey by collecting data through CATI on an android based application.
The study was about Job Assan a model intervention launched by Punjab Commission on the Status of Women to increase female labour force participation in Punjab. Job Asaan aims to fill this gap by helping educated women find jobs and enter the labor force. In order to improve the profiles of individuals, the center will offer female-only staff coupled with a female-only co-working space.
