IPOR conducted Impact evaluation of mass communication and outreach campaign for USIP
The United States Institute of Peace’s (USIP) Pakistan has commissioned an impact evaluation project to IPOR in January, 2016. It’s a two-year mass communication and outreach campaign project to highlight:

- the efforts of police in providing security to the public rn
- the needs for citizens and government to provide better support to the police rn
- to build appreciation for the services provided by police. rn
All activities of the project were carried out in two years; the project is comprised of two phases i.e. Baseline and End line. IPOR designed a through evaluation plan in close coordination with USIP management team and based on tested messages comprehensive interviews with representative sample of both genders conducted across Pakistan (including Azad Jammu Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan).
rnrnFor in-depth public views, focus group discussions with male and female participants from different socio-economic and geographical backgrounds were also carried out in major cities. The data collected by IPOR provide insight of current public perception about police in Pakistan, impact of campaign on overall public opinion about Police, outreach of campaign messages to the public across Pakistan.
